What is CVE-2026-3614?
The AcyMailing plugin for WordPress has a vulnerability that allows authenticated users with Subscriber-level access or higher to exploit a missing capability check on the wp_ajax_acymailing_router AJAX handler. This flaw enables attackers to gain unauthorized access to admin-only controllers, facilitate the auto-login feature, and manipulate newsletter subscribers by injecting a cms_id that refers to any WordPress user. As a result, attackers can authenticate as those users, including site administrators, potentially compromising sensitive site functionalities.
