What is CVE-2026-41471?

The Easy PayPal Events & Tickets plugin for WordPress versions 1.3 and earlier is affected by an information disclosure vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to access and enumerate customer order records via the vulnerable QR code scanning endpoint (scan_qr.php). By sequentially iterating through WordPress post IDs, attackers can extract sensitive order data from the database without any authentication. This security flaw poses a significant risk as it enables unauthorized access to personal information, effectively compromising user privacy. The plugin was officially closed on March 18, 2026, following the discovery of this vulnerability.
