CVE-2026-4283

What is CVE-2026-4283?

The WP DSGVO Tools (GDPR) plugin for WordPress allows unauthenticated users to exploit the super-unsubscribe AJAX action, which improperly processes a process_now parameter. This vulnerability enables attackers to bypass the email confirmation mechanism, leading to the irreversible anonymization of user accounts. By supplying the victim's email address along with process_now=1, attackers can permanently delete non-administrator user accounts, stripping them of roles, comments, and sensitive user metadata. The nonce necessary for this action is readily available on any page featuring the [unsubscribe_form] shortcode, thereby increasing the risk of abuse.
