What is CVE-2026-5149?

The RTMKit plugin for WordPress is susceptible to incorrect authorization, affecting all versions up to and including 2.0.7. The vulnerability resides in the get_submission_content AJAX endpoint, which fails to implement the necessary capability checks. This oversight permits authenticated users with Contributor-level access and higher to access arbitrary form submission data from other users simply by modifying the entries_id parameter, thus leading to potential data breaches.
