Missing Authorization Vulnerability in Forminator Forms Plugin by WordPress
CVE-2026-6214

6.5MEDIUM

What is CVE-2026-6214?

The Forminator Forms plugin for WordPress allows authenticated users with subscriber-level access to exploit a security gap in the listen_for_saving_export_schedule() function. This function inadequately checks user capabilities before permitting the scheduling of export jobs, unlike the secure listen_for_csv_export() method. This oversight can lead to unauthorized users configuring scheduled exports that send sensitive form submission data to an email address controlled by an attacker, thereby facilitating potential data breaches and sensitive information exposure.

Affected Version(s)
