What is CVE-2026-67279?
The RouterOS SSH service is vulnerable due to improper authentication, enabling unauthenticated clients to establish a session channel after a rekey request. This flaw allows attackers to send execution requests without user credentials, leading to unauthorized command execution and potential alteration of files, including critical configuration and diagnostic data. The issue has been patched in versions 6.49.21 (Long-term), 7.23.4 (Long-term), and 7.24.2 (Stable).
