What is CVE-2026-73195?

An improperly encoded output vulnerability in Apache Syncope allows authenticated users to store spreadsheet formula payloads in their attributes. When these users are included in a CSV export and the resulting file is opened in a spreadsheet application, the formulas may execute, potentially leading to unauthorized actions. It is highly recommended that users upgrade to versions 4.0.8 or 4.1.3 to mitigate this risk.
