What is CVE-2026-7562?

The WP-Redirection plugin for WordPress is susceptible to Cross-Site Request Forgery due to the lack of a nonce field in the admin settings form. As a result, unauthenticated attackers can potentially deceive a logged-in administrator into clicking a malicious link. This action may lead to unauthorized creation, modification, or deletion of URL redirection rules within the plugin’s database, as the critical nonce verification mechanisms (check_admin_referer() or wp_verify_nonce()) are not implemented in the displayWPRedirectionManagementPage() function.

Affected Version(s)
