What is CVE-2026-76640?

The Unitree G1 EDU firmware exposes critical flaws through its BLE GATT server and WiFi provisioning stack, allowing proximity-based attackers to execute arbitrary code without authentication. By exploiting an unquoted heredoc variable in the WiFi provisioning script alongside a buffer overflow in the SSID chunk accumulator, attackers can send malicious Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) write requests. This can corrupt essential function pointers and ultimately lead to the execution of attacker-controlled commands with system-level privileges, posing a severe security risk.
