What is CVE-2026-77765?
The Better Payment plugin for WordPress, prior to version 2.3.4, suffers from a flaw allowing unauthenticated users to bypass server-side validation of payment amounts. This issue arises when submitted amounts are not rigorously checked against the merchant's fixed pricing configurations, enabling malicious actors to pay arbitrary, reduced amounts for fixed-price items. This may lead to significant revenue loss and undermines the integrity of transaction processes.
