What is CVE-2026-77807?

The AcyMailing plugin for WordPress is susceptible to a Directory Traversal vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to access and read sensitive files on the server. This issue arises through the manipulation of the user[name] parameter and affects all versions of the plugin up to and including 11.0.4. If the 'Embed images' option is enabled within the AcyMailing configuration, the risk of exploitation increases, allowing malicious actors to possibly expose sensitive information stored on the server.
