What is CVE-2026-82212?

The Nexi XPay Build plugin for WordPress, in versions up to 7.6.2, is susceptible to improper authentication due to inadequate validation of security tokens on its payment notification route. This vulnerability enables unauthenticated attackers to manipulate order statuses by either marking arbitrary orders as paid or incorrectly marking paid orders as failed. Such exploitation could result in significant financial discrepancies and a loss of trust in payment processes.
