What is CVE-2026-82902?

A vulnerability in Apache OFBiz allows remote authenticated attackers with certain permissions to exploit Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) flaws. Specifically, the ViewDataFile component permits attackers with the base webtools permissions to send arbitrary outbound HTTP requests. Furthermore, if the attacker possesses additional entity maintenance and data file maintenance rights, they can access local files through a 'file:' URL. This occurs due to inadequate security checks before executing screen actions, making it possible for unauthorized requests to be processed. It is strongly advised that users upgrade to version 24.09.08 to mitigate this vulnerability.

Affected Version(s)
