What is CVE-2026-84253?
The click5 CRM add-on for the Gravity Forms WordPress plugin prior to version 1.0.4 lacks proper authorization and Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) checks. This flaw allows unauthenticated attackers to exploit the REST endpoint to alter arbitrary blog options. Such an exploit can enable attackers to impersonate legitimate users, potentially gaining control over the site by creating new administrator accounts. This vulnerability highlights the importance of implementing tight access controls and thorough validation mechanisms in plugin development.
Affected Version(s)
click5 CRM add-on to Gravity Forms 0 <= 1.0.3
