What is CVE-2026-85127?

The VikBooking Hotel Booking Engine & PMS plugin for WordPress preceding version 1.8.15 has a vulnerability that allows unauthenticated users to upload files through the live chat feature. This plugin fails to properly restrict the types of files that can be uploaded or to sanitize their contents. As a result, malicious users may inject and execute active content in the context of administrators viewing chat conversations, potentially compromising the integrity and security of the entire site.
