What is CVE-2026-85131?

The WPLP Cookie Consent plugin for WordPress is susceptible to a vulnerability that allows attackers to perform unauthorized bulk actions on the administration screens. This occurs because the plugin fails to implement necessary CSRF and capability checks. As a result, a logged-in administrator could be tricked into executing a crafted request that permanently deletes arbitrary posts and pages, compromising the integrity of the site.
