What is CVE-2026-85344?

The FV Flowplayer Video Player plugin for WordPress is vulnerable due to a lack of authorization checks on specific AJAX actions. This flaw enables authenticated users, regardless of their role, to execute a site-wide content rewrite. As a result, even users with minimal permissions can modify posts they are normally unable to edit, potentially compromising the integrity of site content and operations.
