What is CVE-2026-86796?

The Hide My WP Ghost plugin for WordPress prior to version 7.0.11 contains a vulnerability that permits unauthenticated attackers to disable critical security features. By exploiting a flaw where the plugin does not confirm the validity of WooCommerce requests, attackers can manipulate request parameters to bypass firewall protections, exposing sensitive login and admin URLs. This oversight can lead to unauthorized access and further compromise of the WordPress site.
