What is CVE-2026-86838?

The Bookly plugin for WordPress prior to version 28.3 contains a vulnerability where it fails to properly validate the booking quantity input from clients on the server side. This oversight enables unauthenticated users to manipulate the booking process, allowing them to set the total appointment cost to zero. As a result, unauthorized individuals can book services without making any payment, effectively bypassing the intended checkout mechanism.
