Reflected Cross-Site Scripting Vulnerability in WordPress Filter Everything Plugin
CVE-2026-87869

6.1MEDIUM

What is CVE-2026-87869?

The Filter Everything plugin for WordPress is susceptible to a Reflected Cross-Site Scripting vulnerability due to inadequate input sanitization and output escaping. This occurs within the flrt_elementor_load_more_anchor() function, which processes query parameters from the server's request URI. When these parameters are URL-decoded and reassembled, unescaped special characters become part of an HTML attribute. This allows unauthenticated attackers to execute arbitrary scripts on pages, potentially compromising user interactions through maliciously crafted links.

Affected Version(s)
