What is CVE-2026-87892?

The Rox Appointment Booking plugin for WordPress, prior to version 1.2.0, contains a vulnerability that fails to adequately verify the order total and the chosen payment method against its internal server-side pricing. This oversight enables unauthenticated attackers to create confirmed bookings at arbitrary prices, effectively circumventing the configured payment method restrictions on the website. This vulnerability poses a significant risk to site owners as it allows malicious actors to exploit the booking system.
