What is CVE-2026-88825?

The iGMS Direct Booking plugin for WordPress prior to version 2.0 has a critical authorization issue that permits unauthenticated users to manipulate the widget settings. This flaw allows these users to inject arbitrary web scripts, which may execute within the context of an administrator's view, exposing all visitors to the site displaying the booking widget to potential security risks. Proper sanitization and validation of user input are necessary to mitigate this vulnerability.
