What is CVE-2026-89430?

Gitea has a vulnerability that permits users with administrative access to a repository to exploit push mirror synchronization features. The remote address for push mirrors is only validated during the creation of the mirror; subsequent synchronizations use the stored address without re-validation. If the address resolves to a blocked or internal service later, an unauthorized user may manipulate the sync process to push repository contents indiscriminately to internal Git services, posing significant risks of data leakage or manipulation.

Affected Version(s)
