The Google Analytics Plugin by IO Technologies for WordPress contains a vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to exploit Cross-Site Request Forgery due to improper nonce validation on the settings page (ga.php). This flaw enables attackers to forge requests that can modify the stored Google Analytics tracking ID without the authenticated administrator's consent, primarily by tricking them into clicking malicious links.
