What is CVE-2026-92541?

The Import and Export Users and Customers plugin for WordPress prior to version 2.5.2 is susceptible to a user role elevation flaw. This vulnerability allows users with limited permissions, specifically those only assigned the 'create_users' capability, to alter the roles of existing users as well as promote them to administrators. This unauthorized access can lead to significant security risks, compromising the integrity of user management within the WordPress site.
