What is CVE-2026-9629?

The Canvas plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting due to a flaw in input sanitization and output escaping in the 'tag' parameter. Authenticated attackers with contributor-level access or higher can exploit this vulnerability to inject malicious web scripts.
