What is CVE-2026-97645?

The Gravity Forms plugin for WordPress exhibits a Stored Cross-Site Scripting vulnerability through its List Field feature. This flaw arises from inadequate input sanitization and output escaping in versions up to and including 3.1.2. It allows unauthenticated attackers to inject malicious web scripts into pages, posing a risk whenever a user accesses these altered pages. Exploiting this vulnerability requires the administrator to interact with an injected link in the entry detail view, which, upon confirmation, triggers the admin JavaScript bundle to execute the attacker's code, potentially compromising the site.
