What is CVE-2025-8212?
The Medical Addon for Elementor plugin for WordPress contains a vulnerability that allows stored cross-site scripting. This flaw arises from insufficient input sanitization and output escaping on user-supplied attributes within the plugin's Typewriter widget. Authenticated attackers with contributor-level access or higher can exploit this weakness to inject arbitrary web scripts into pages. As a result, these scripts will execute whenever users access the affected pages, potentially compromising user data and site integrity.
